From forecasting 999 emergency calls with 85% accuracy—transforming ambulance response times and saving thousands of lives—to shaping NHS digital policy and enabling the UK’s first genomic sequencing, Tia’s work has consistently broken new ground.

She has led national reform with KPMG, driven AI transformation at Three UK, and launched multimillion-pound data ventures across Europe and Asia. At Gallagher, she revolutionised risk and performance reporting across EMEA, and today, she leads Data and AI strategy at Invest Industrial, helping deliver competitive advantage across a $20bn portfolio.

Tia is also a respected board advisor, UN delegate, and speaker on AI governance, ESG and digital innovation. Her work has earned her global recognition including Data Leader of the Year, Women in Data’s Twenty in Data & Tech, and a place in the DataIQ 100.
